# Account vs. Company

> Settings that follow you across every company you have access to.

Your login, subscription, credit balance, and security settings belong to you, not to any one company. Switching companies doesn't change them.

## Companies vs. Your Account

A **company** is a workspace: its own AI employees, lists, content, integrations, and collaborators. Your **account** is you — one login that can hold several companies.

That's why credits and subscription live on your [Profile](/account/profile) rather than inside a company, while integrations and collaborators are set per company.
