## How These Relate

**Integrations** decide what your AI employees can reach. **Collaborators** decide who can use them. Most setup problems are one of the two: an employee that can't do something usually needs an integration; a person who can't see something usually needs a role change.

Both are company-scoped — connecting a CRM in one company doesn't connect it in another.
