The same person often shows up in several places — a row in a Smart List, a recipient in a sequence, someone who replied in your inbox, a visitor who chatted with an agent. People stitches those together into a single profile so you can see everything you know about someone in one view.
Availability: People is currently limited to super users while the identity graph is being proven out. Profiles merge records across every feature, so a bad merge would be visible to the whole company.

How Profiles Are Built

Profiles are assembled by a background job that runs nightly. It looks for identifiers shared between records and merges the records that match. Identifiers come in two strengths: Strong identifiers merge records with confidence. A Name + Company match is treated as low confidence: the profile is flagged Needs review, and the touchpoints it contributed are marked low confidence so you can judge them yourself. The graph is read-only — you can’t merge or split profiles by hand. Corrections come from fixing the underlying records, which the next nightly run picks up.

Browsing People

  1. Select your company from the sidebar
  2. Click People (under Find & Enrich)
The table shows Name (with job title beneath), Email, Phone, Company, Appears in, and Last seen. Above it, a summary line counts the people, their total touchpoints, and how many need review.
  • Search matches name, email, phone, or company
  • Source filters to people who appear in a given place: Smart List, Sequence, Campaign, Conversation, or Inbox
  • Appears in shows one chip per source with a count, so you can see at a glance where someone came from
  • A warning triangle beside a name means a weak match contributed to the profile
If a nightly run is still in progress, a banner tells you how many records have been scanned so far.

Reading a Profile

Click any row to open the person’s profile. It shows:
  • Identity — name, job title, company, website, and the identifier chips that built the profile
  • First seen and Last seen dates
  • Activity — a timeline of what this person actually did
  • Touchpoints — one panel per source, listing the records they appear in

The Activity Timeline

The timeline records real events: Opens, Clicks, Scheduling views, Bookings, Status changes, and Calls. Use the filter chips to narrow it to the kind of event you care about. Automated traffic — email scanners and image proxies that open a message without a human reading it — is hidden by default. Toggle Automated to show it; those rows carry an Automated chip so you never mistake a scanner for a prospect. Only the most recent touchpoints are shown on a busy profile.

What People Is Good For

  • Checking whether you’re already talking to someone before starting fresh
  • Seeing every prior touch before a sales call
  • Spotting the same person sitting in three different lists under two email addresses
  • Understanding which channel a lead actually engages with
