Look up a person or company and get back verified contact details — emails, phone numbers, job titles, company data, and more — then save the results straight into a Smart List.

What Is Enrichment?

The Enrichment page is a quick lookup tool. Give it whatever you know about a contact (an email, a phone number, a LinkedIn URL, a name, or a company), and it returns matching contact data you can act on. Lookups return available contact and professional information. Available contact details vary by profile. It works two ways:
  • Exact match — When you provide a person identifier (email, phone, LinkedIn URL, or a name — add a company to pin down a name), you get back the matching, fully enriched contact.
  • Company search — When you provide just a company name or domain, you get a preview of people at that organization, plus an estimate of how many matches exist. Preview results show names, titles, and LinkedIn profiles; select the people you want and click Enrich to look up their contact details.
This is the fast, one-off companion to the enrichment actions in Smart Lists, which enrich many rows at once.

Enriching a Contact

  1. Select your company from the sidebar
  2. Click Enrichment (under Find & Enrich)
  3. Fill in identifiers. An email, phone, or LinkedIn URL can identify a person; combine a name with a company domain for a name lookup:
    • First Name / Last Name
    • Email — the highest match rate
    • Phone
    • Company Name
    • Company Domain (e.g., example.com)
    • LinkedIn URL
  4. (Optional, for company searches) Narrow the results:
    • Seniority — e.g., VP, Director, Manager
    • Department — e.g., Sales & Business Development, Engineering
    • Job Title — type a title and press Enter to add it
  5. Select Email or Phone, then click Enrich
A chip above the results tells you what you got: an exact match, or a lead search with an estimated count of matching people.
  1. Run a company search (company name or domain only)
  2. Tick the people you want in the results
  3. Click Enrich
Each selected person is looked up by their LinkedIn profile and their row fills in with what was found. In Email mode you get emails and profile details; in Phone mode you get phone numbers. You’re charged only for people who are found, at the same rates as a single lookup. If you run out of credits partway through, the people already enriched keep their details.

Saving Results to a Smart List

  1. In the results table, tick the checkbox next to each contact you want (or use Select All)
  2. Click Save
  3. Choose the target list from the dropdown — any missing columns are created for you automatically
  4. Click Add
From there, the contacts are ready for Sequences, Marketing Campaigns, or any Smart List action. Use Clear to reset the form and start a new lookup.

Credits

Enrichment draws on data credits:
  • 1 credit per email/profile contact returned, for an exact match or each person you enrich from a company search
  • 2 credits per returned phone number in Phone mode
  • 1 credit per company search that returns results
Failed lookups and empty results are free. Your current balance appears at the top of the page (on plans where enrichment isn’t already included), and you can top up when you run low. If you’re out of credits, the lookup will prompt you to add more.

Tips

  • Lead with an email when you have one — it gives the most reliable match.
  • Domain, not full URL — enter example.com, not https://www.example.com/about. The page cleans it up either way.
  • Use the narrowing filters for company searches to focus on the right seniority and departments before saving.

Next Steps

Using the API or MCP

  • POST /api/v0/leads/enrich (leads_enrichContact) returns emails and professional and company profiles, without phone numbers, for 1 data credit per returned contact.
  • POST /api/v0/leads/enrich-phone (leads_enrichPhone) takes the same identifiers and returns phone numbers only, for 2 data credits per returned number.
Both need a person identifier: a name, email, phone, or LinkedIn URL, with an optional company or domain to disambiguate a name. A company on its own is rejected; to find people at a company, use People Search with a company domain filter, which is free. No-match lookups are free. See Leads via API & MCP for the full workflow.
