Landing pages are served from a platform URL unless you attach a custom domain. Using your own — something like pages.yourbrand.com — keeps the link consistent with your brand, which matters when the URL appears in an ad or an email.

Adding a Domain

  1. Select your company from the sidebar
  2. Go to Landing PagesDomains
  3. Click Add Domain
  4. Enter the domain or subdomain you want to use
  5. Copy the A Record (IP Address) from the table
Then, at your DNS provider:
  1. Open your domain’s DNS settings
  2. Create an A record
  3. Point it at the IP address shown
  4. Save and wait for DNS to propagate — up to 24–48 hours
  5. Return here and click the refresh icon to Verify DNS & SSL
SSL is provisioned automatically once DNS resolves correctly.

Domain Status

Using a Subdomain

A subdomain such as pages.yourbrand.com or go.yourbrand.com is usually the right choice. It leaves your main site untouched, and you can add the record without touching the DNS your primary website depends on.

Limits

There’s a per-company limit on custom domains. At the cap, the add button is disabled and the limit is shown.

Troubleshooting

Stuck on Pending. Check the A record points at exactly the IP in the table, and that it’s an A record rather than a CNAME. Failed. Hover for the error. Usually a wrong IP or a leftover conflicting record for the same hostname. Certificate warnings. These resolve once the status reaches SSL Active. If DNS only just propagated, give provisioning a few minutes.
