  • And more!

Understanding the Content Workflow

The Content Engine guides you through a strategic content creation process:
  1. Ideal Customer Profile → Who are you creating content for?
  2. Content Strategy → What topics will you cover?
  3. Brand Voice → How should your content sound?
  4. Brand Images → What visuals represent your brand?
  5. Campaigns → How will you organize your content?
  6. Content → The actual pieces you create
You can start anywhere, but working through these steps makes your content more effective.

Step 1: Define Your Ideal Customer

Before creating content, know who you’re creating it for.

Creating a Customer Profile

  1. Go to Content Engine
  2. Click the Ideal Customer Profile tab
  3. Click Create Profile
  4. Fill in details about your target customer:
    • Demographics (age, location, job title)
    • Pain points (what problems do they have?)
    • Goals (what do they want to achieve?)
    • How they make decisions
    • Where they consume content
  5. Save your profile

Why This Matters

When AI generates content, it uses your customer profile to:
  • Choose the right tone and language
  • Address relevant pain points
  • Focus on benefits that matter to them

Step 2: Plan Your Content Strategy

A content strategy defines what you’ll create and why.

Creating a Strategy

  1. Click the Content Strategy tab
  2. Click Create Strategy
  3. Define content pillars for each stage of your funnel:
TOFU (Top of Funnel) - Awareness:
  • Educational content
  • Industry trends
  • General problem-solving
MOFU (Middle of Funnel) - Consideration:
  • How-to guides
  • Comparison content
  • Case studies
BOFU (Bottom of Funnel) - Decision:
  • Product demos
  • Customer testimonials
  • Pricing and ROI content
  1. Save your strategy

Using Your Strategy

When creating content, you can select which funnel stage it’s for. The AI will adjust the messaging accordingly.

Step 3: Establish Your Brand Voice

Your brand voice is how your content sounds - the personality, tone, and style.

Creating a Brand Voice

  1. Click the Brand Voice tab
  2. Click Create Brand Voice
  3. Define:
    • Personality: Professional? Casual? Playful? Authoritative?
    • Tone: Friendly, formal, conversational, etc.
    • Writing style: Simple, technical, storytelling, etc.
    • Words to use: Terminology and phrases you like
    • Words to avoid: Language that doesn’t fit your brand
