What Is the Apps Section?

The Apps section in the sidebar lists the apps available to you and your team:
  • Apps you’ve published in App Builder
  • Apps added for your company — including linked external tools
It’s the “use” side of apps. To build or edit an app, use App Builder; to run one, open it here.

Opening an App

  1. Select your company from the sidebar
  2. Expand the Apps section
  3. Click an app to open it in the main area
Each app shows its own icon and name. Some apps open in place; others may open in a new tab, depending on how they’re set up.

Managing Which Apps Appear

Published apps show up here automatically based on their sharing settings and whether they’re enabled for your company. To change an app itself — rename it, change its icon, adjust sharing, or publish a new version — open it in App Builder.
