Understanding Your Metrics

Sequence Performance

If you’re running email or LinkedIn sequences, you’ll see these key numbers: Tip: Click on any metric card to see more details.

Open Rate & Click Rate

These percentages help you gauge how engaging your content is:
  • Good open rate: 20-30%
  • Good click rate: 2-5%
  • Good reply rate: 1-3%
If your rates are lower, try:
  • Writing more compelling subject lines
  • Personalizing your messages
  • Testing different send times

The Usage Chart

The bar chart shows your credit usage over the past 30 days. This helps you:
  • See usage trends over time
  • Identify busy periods
  • Plan for future needs

Reading the Chart

  • X-axis: Days of the month
  • Y-axis: Credits used
  • Bars: Daily credit consumption
Hover over any bar to see the exact number for that day.

Feature Usage Breakdown

See which features your team uses most. This pie or bar chart shows usage by feature:
  • Chat conversations
  • Image generation
  • Document processing
  • Sequence sends
  • And more
This helps you understand where your credits go and what features provide the most value.

Usage Leaderboard

If you have team members, the leaderboard shows who’s using the platform most: This helps identify power users and ensure the platform is being adopted across your team.

Pending Approvals

Some sequence actions require your approval before they’re sent. You’ll see a count of pending items on the Dashboard.

Reviewing Pending Actions

  1. Click Pending Actions on the Dashboard
  2. Review each message or action
  3. Click Approve to send it, or Reject to cancel
Why approvals exist: To ensure AI-generated messages are accurate before they go out to real people.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why don’t I see any data? A: If you’re new, you may not have any activity yet. Start sending sequences or chatting with AI to generate data. Q: How often does the dashboard update? A: Most metrics update in real-time or within a few minutes. Q: Can I export this data? A: Currently, dashboard data is view-only. For detailed reports, check individual features like Sequences for export options. Q: Why are my open rates so high (or low)? A: Open tracking isn’t 100% accurate due to email client privacy features. Focus on trends rather than absolute numbers.
