Sequence Performance
If you’re running email or LinkedIn sequences, you’ll see these key numbers:

Open Rate & Click Rate
These percentages help you gauge how engaging your content is:- Good open rate: 20-30%
- Good click rate: 2-5%
- Good reply rate: 1-3%
- Writing more compelling subject lines
- Personalizing your messages
- Testing different send times
The Usage Chart
The bar chart shows your credit usage over the past 30 days. This helps you:- See usage trends over time
- Identify busy periods
- Plan for future needs
Reading the Chart
- X-axis: Days of the month
- Y-axis: Credits used
- Bars: Daily credit consumption
Feature Usage Breakdown
See which features your team uses most. This pie or bar chart shows usage by feature:- Chat conversations
- Image generation
- Document processing
- Sequence sends
- And more
Usage Leaderboard
If you have team members, the leaderboard shows who’s using the platform most:
This helps identify power users and ensure the platform is being adopted across your team.
Pending Approvals
Some sequence actions require your approval before they’re sent. You’ll see a count of pending items on the Dashboard.Reviewing Pending Actions
- Click Pending Actions on the Dashboard
- Review each message or action
- Click Approve to send it, or Reject to cancel

Smart List Stats
See an overview of your list activity:- Total lists created
- Total rows across all lists
- Recent list actions
Inbox Stats
Monitor your email health:- Emails sent this period
- Emails received
- Bounce rate
- Reply rate
Content Stats
Track your content creation:- Content pieces created
- Content published
- Content in draft
Filtering Your View
Company vs. Platform View
If you have access to multiple companies, you can switch views:- Company: See metrics for the selected company only
- Platform: See combined metrics across all your companies
Date Ranges
Some charts allow you to change the time period:- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- This month
- Custom range
Refreshing Data
Dashboard data updates automatically, but if you want the latest numbers:- Click the Refresh button (usually a circular arrow icon)
- Wait for the data to reload
Tips for Using the Dashboard
- Check daily - A quick glance each morning helps you catch issues early
- Watch for trends - Sudden drops in open rates might indicate deliverability issues
- Compare periods - Is this month better than last month?
- Act on insights - If something’s not working, make changes
