What Is Enrichment?

The Enrichment page is a quick lookup tool. Give it whatever you know about a contact (an email, a phone number, a LinkedIn URL, a name, or a company), and it returns matching contact data you can act on. It works two ways:
  • Exact match — When you provide a strong identifier (email, phone, LinkedIn URL, or a full name plus company), you get back a single, fully enriched contact.
  • Company search — When you provide just a company name or domain, you get a preview of people at that organization, plus an estimate of how many matches exist.
This is the fast, one-off companion to the enrichment actions in Smart Lists, which enrich many rows at once.

Enriching a Contact

  1. Select your company from the sidebar
  2. Click Enrichment (under Find & Enrich)
  3. Fill in one or more fields — you only need one:
    • First Name / Last Name
    • Email — the highest match rate
    • Phone
    • Company Name
    • Company Domain (e.g., example.com)
    • LinkedIn URL
  4. (Optional, for company searches) Narrow the results:
    • Seniority — e.g., VP, Director, Manager
    • Department — e.g., Sales, Engineering
    • Job Title — type a title and press Enter to add it
  5. Click Enrich Contact
A chip above the results tells you what you got: an exact match, or a lead search with an estimated count of matching people.

Saving Results to a Smart List

  1. In the results table, tick the checkbox next to each contact you want (or use Select All)
  2. Click Add to Smart List
  3. Choose the target list from the dropdown — any missing columns are created for you automatically
  4. Click Add to List
From there, the contacts are ready for Sequences, Marketing Campaigns, or any Smart List action. Use Clear to reset the form and start a new lookup.

Credits

Enrichment draws on data credits:
  • 1 credit per contact returned on an exact match
  • 1 credit per company search that returns results
Failed lookups and empty results are free. Your current balance appears at the top of the page (on plans where enrichment isn’t already included), and you can top up when you run low. If you’re out of credits, the lookup will prompt you to add more.

Tips

  • Lead with an email when you have one — it gives the most reliable match.
  • Domain, not full URL — enter example.com, not https://www.example.com/about. The page cleans it up either way.
  • Use the narrowing filters for company searches to focus on the right seniority and departments before saving.
