Content is the working surface of the Content Engine. Everything generated by a campaign, drafted from an opportunity, or created by hand shows up here to be reviewed, approved, scheduled, and published.

Creating Content

Click Create from Idea, describe what you want, and the AI drafts it using your ICP, strategy, and brand voice if you’ve set them up. Content also arrives here automatically from campaigns that are running on a schedule.

Writing a good prompt

Avoid: “Write about marketing” Better: “Write a 500-word blog post about 5 email marketing mistakes small businesses make, with tips to fix each one” The more specific the ask — length, format, audience, angle — the less editing the draft needs.

List and Calendar Views

Toggle between List and Calendar.
  • List is for working through content — filtering, bulk actions, approvals.
  • Calendar is for seeing publishing cadence — where the gaps and the pile-ups are.

Finding Things

The filters along the top narrow the list: Clear filters resets everything at once. Sorting by Top Views is the quickest way to see what’s actually landing; Fewest Views shows you what to stop making.

Status

Publishing

Open a piece’s menu and you’ll see the actions that apply to it:
  • Publish or Schedule… — for blog, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram posts in draft or scheduled state
  • Publish as Marketing Campaign… — turns a marketing email into a broadcast send
  • Set as Published — mark a draft live if you published it elsewhere yourself
  • Move to Draft — pull a scheduled piece back out of the queue
Publishing to a social or blog destination requires the matching integration to be connected.

Approvals

Content can be routed through a person before it goes out:
  1. Use Assign to Collaborator on a piece
  2. The assignee sees it and can Review Content
  3. Its approval state moves through pending, in review, and then approved or rejected
Filter by Approval to find everything waiting on you — or everything you’re still waiting on someone else for. Assignees must be collaborators on the company.

Bulk Actions

Tick several rows and you can Schedule or Delete them together, or Clear selection. Export/Import moves content in and out in bulk.

Tips

  1. Always edit AI drafts. They’re a strong first pass, not a finished piece — add the specifics only you know.
  2. Review before scheduling. Scheduling unread content means publishing unread content.
  3. Use funnel filters to spot gaps. All-BOFU content means nothing is bringing new readers in.
  4. Let the views columns guide you. Repeat what works instead of guessing.
