Where Keyword Research buys new data, Keywords is the store of what you’ve already looked up. Nothing here costs credits — it’s your own history, kept with its metrics.

Browsing Keywords

  1. Select your company from the sidebar
  2. Go to Content EngineKeywords
Switch between All and Saved to see everything you’ve ever looked up, or just the keywords you’ve starred. Narrow the list with:
  • Search keywords — free text
  • Sort by — reorder by the metric you care about
  • Tag — filter to a single tag

The Table

Using Tags

Tags are how this stays usable once you have hundreds of keywords. Group them the way you’ll actually work — by content pillar, by funnel stage, by campaign, or by quarter — then filter to one tag when you’re planning what to write.

Starring

Starring moves a keyword into Saved. Use it as a shortlist: terms you’ve decided are worth targeting, separated from everything you merely looked at once.

Tips

  1. Star sparingly. A shortlist of 30 is useful; a shortlist of 300 is a second list of everything.
  2. Tag as you save, not later — retroactive tagging rarely happens.
  3. Revisit before each planning cycle. Saved keywords are a ready-made backlog of topics.
