Not to be confused with Marketing Campaigns, which send a broadcast email. A content campaign produces content; a marketing campaign sends mail.

- Fill in the campaign:
- Name
- Campaign Plan — what this program is about and what it should produce

- Enable Knowledge Base — let it draw on your knowledge base

Frequency
Campaigns default to Manual. A campaign left on Manual will never produce anything by itself — if you expected content to appear and it hasn’t, check this setting first.
Managing Campaigns
The list shows each campaign’s Name, Frequency, Status, Content Count, and when it was created and updated. Status tells you how the program is doing:
From a campaign’s menu you can Trigger it to run now, Edit it, or Delete it.
Reviewing What It Produces
Generated pieces land in Content as drafts, not published posts. Nothing goes live without you — filter the content list by campaign to review a program’s output, then publish or schedule the pieces you want.Tips
- Write the plan like a brief. “Weekly post on warehouse automation for ops managers, one practical takeaway each” produces far better output than “content about our industry.”
- Start on Manual. Trigger it a couple of times and read the results before putting it on a schedule.
- Enable web research for anything time-sensitive, and leave it off for evergreen material.
- Watch the Error status. A campaign that has been failing quietly has produced nothing for however long it’s been broken.
